Breakfast:

Every morning, Palmeira Da Cruz guarantees a sumptuous breakfast, carefully prepared by Guy and his kitchen team. Guests enjoy a refined selection of fresh products, served in a personal and attentive setting. No buffet, but a full, tailor-made breakfast, where quality and experience are paramount.

Lunch:

Palmeira Da Cruz does not serve lunch.  Our colleagues in the surrounding villages will give you a warm welcome. During your walks, you will also come across numerous cosy eateries where you can satisfy your hunger at any time.

Dinner

Guy prepares fresh dishes every day, presenting a new creation each evening. The menu alternates between vegetarian dishes, fish dishes, chicken and occasionally a tasty meat stew. Most of the fresh vegetables come from our own garden.

The cuisine is European-inspired, refined with a subtle Japanese touch, and deliberately distinguishes itself from traditional Cape Verdean cuisine.

All raw vegetables and lettuce are carefully washed with drinking water; even the ice cubes are produced in a completely safe manner. The fish is caught by ourselves with our own fishing boat and immediately stored on ice. Only filleted fish is served, in other words: completely bone-free.

Tasty thirst quenchers

Palmeira Da Cruz offers a beautiful and varied range of aperitifs, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ideal for enjoying at sunset. Our wine list has been carefully compiled and contains high-quality, flavourful wines.

Something for everyone, in a relaxed and atmospheric setting.

Allergens

We attach great importance to the well-being of our guests and always do our best to take individual dietary requirements and allergies into account. However, due to the small scale of our kitchen and the remote location of our accommodation, it is not always possible to offer a complete and permanent guarantee in this regard. Where feasible, we are of course happy to help.

We thank you for your understanding and advise guests with allergies to always bring the necessary medication with them as a precaution.
